“I got a heavy Carhartt coat for Christmas that didn't have a hood. I checked with Dungarees customer service in order to get the correct hood. We had a little mix up over model numbers but their CS people worked it out quickly and in a few days I had my new hood perfectly attached and matching my coat. Excellent experience and great quality. CS, Shipping, and the rest of Dungarees are top notch. Everyone should give them a try.

“This place has gone through significant transformations. It used to have a more gothic/emo aesthetic, but at its core, it’s still a Hot Topic. The employees are generally decent. In 2019, a former employee named Brooke tried to get me in trouble for simply trying to be friends with her. Apparently, someone reported her, so I guess we’re even.”
