“I didn’t catch the man’s name that assisted my mom and I yesterday. (I believe he had an earring in and black hair). But I will just say: this guy needs a raise!! 😂 While other people came and went, we needed extra assistance. This gentleman was very patient and kind the entire time! Never acting like…I wish these people would leave already. 😅 And we were easily there, trying on shoes for well over an hour! I love my new shoes! Thank you so much. 😁”

“Okay, so I would give 5 stars if I could. If I did that, there would be no room for improvement. That said. I never been there before. I walked in and was met with three employees. I asked if one of them could help me since I have never been there or knew where any of what I was looking for was at. Alex was the one who helped me. A genuinely awesome employee that demonstrated his degree of care to me in getting what I was looking for. I told him what I was needing. In a very short amount of time he presented me with a couple of options. I made my choices tried them on and it was game over, I was done and outta there. And that's the way real business is done. You have to have employees that actually care about their jobs. These employees showed me that. Awesome crew. I would say they should all get performance bonuses if they don't get them already, if not, they need raises. Alex is a quality employee who listened and delivered in short order. I will definitely be back when I need shoes again. I bought three pair. My feet were so happy with my new purchase. The price was good, friendly, helpful, and caring staff. What more can you ask for? Keep up the good work.”
