“I got a heavy Carhartt coat for Christmas that didn't have a hood. I checked with Dungarees customer service in order to get the correct hood. We had a little mix up over model numbers but their CS people worked it out quickly and in a few days I had my new hood perfectly attached and matching my coat. Excellent experience and great quality. CS, Shipping, and the rest of Dungarees are top notch. Everyone should give them a try.

“I orders a bike for my wife from the ST. Louis store and the shipped it to the Columbia store the next day at no charge. It took me a week to get to the Columbia store to pick up the bike because of weather. They had no issues holding the bike for me. I have already told a fri3nd of mine to go check out the Alpine Shop in St. Louis store for some shoes. These guys and girls are amazing and super knowledgeable go check them out you will be amazed.”

“This review is only for the bicycle section of the store. Their prices seemed reasonable and the quality of the bikes seemed okay too. The reason why I am giving it five stars is because of the customer service. Ask for Brandon. He is very knowledgeable and nice. The service package is a good deal too at about $20 per year they will tune up the bike. Definitely a good place for someone buying an entry level bike.”
