The coffee has gone downhill since they remodeled the store. It's high on looks and low on flavor. No longer a preferred stop for me.

Bathrooms were not clean at all! The fountain tea area was half closed down. the other half looked too unsanitary to use. QT normally is much much better than this. This location needs to be managed better.
