“Drove through this QT on a business trip to St Louis last friday. There was a man working the register named I believe his name was Brendon. This man was very respectful and I noticed the building was heavily understaffed with like 3 people. Out of everyone at this location it seemed the only one who knew what he was doing that night was Brendon. While i walked around the store i watched him consistently helping his coworkers complete basic tasks all while he kept hopping on the register to help customers.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
