“Joelle went 110% above and beyond expectations! I called to find out the whereabouts of my deceased brother’s storage unit. Joelle not only answered my question about her Storage Mart but contacted all the other storage marts in the city, then called me back with the results. She then provided the names and contact info of several other storage places near the area my brother resided in since I was from out of state- not knowing the area- something she did not have to do! Rare to find such customer service qualities!”
“Calvin and his amazing customer service is THE only reason I am leaving a 5 star rating. Made a reservation online-flawless. Got there and Calvin was amazing. However--whoever was advising him to clock out and continue helping after 6pm to avoid overtime needs to be reminded that under FLSA it is illegal for a business to require an employee to work off the clock. Also, to the Regional Manager that kicked us out of our spot, there was another Goose Neck trailer just as far out if not further than our trailer as well. Calvin-you are amazing but I will never rent from another Storagemart again, no matter how hard pressed I am.”
“I really appreciate the personal customer experience I received from Debbie at Jeff City site and Carmen at W Worley Columbia site recently.
I am moving and had difficulty securing a new unit online. Debbie offered to help me but once she explained the process, I decided to go to the site instead. Once I was at W Worley in Columbia, Carmen was able to help me find the perfect size unit. She took me out in very hot temps to show me 4 open units and helped with payment options.
I have been a happy customer for many years and appreciate the instore help as online does not always work.
Both employees were polite, knowledable and very helpful. I love recommending Storage Mart.”
