StorageMart responded right away and helped us get the situation taken care of quickly. It was such a relief knowing there were people there willing to help when I couldn’t be there myself. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend this StorageMart location!”

“Walked in not knowing exactly what I needed or how big of a storage facility I needed. I spoke with a representative named Michael. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable in what I needed based on what I was wanting to store. Didn’t try to give me the runaround or add-ons to try to make a bigger sale. He was straight forward and to the point. I wish there was more people like him. Thank you again, Michael.”

“Reasonably priced, clean, perfect size, good location and friendly staff. I am a college student at Mizzou and I stored my stuff here over summer while I was out of town and in between leases. It was perfect! Two years ago I used a different place and when I got my stuff there were bugs EVERYWHERE! Not here though! I will only be storing my stuff here from now on.”

“The employees at this U-Haul were great (I believe the two guys that helped us were Samuel and Anthony). My boyfriend and I required assistance locating the storage locker that had been shipped there from Monterey, CA, and maneuvering the truck they rented to us with the trailer attached. Samuel and Anthony were great about advising us and even jumping in to drive the truck when we were having a hard time with it. The woman who helped us at check out inside was kind, polite, and efficient.”

I was very impressed with there personalism and the way they treated me and others while I was waiting for my ride home. Thank to you each of you for being so kind and helpful when the other location would not help me. I appreciate each of you!”
