It is a great place for college students, including sophomores and transfer students. The community is pet-friendly with a bark park. Amenities include a very nice pool, a gym, and they provide coffee and snacks. The location is great and close to everyday conveniences like Walmart. The staff and management are friendly, extremely helpful, and try their best to care for residents' needs, also providing free items like pizza. For the price, the apartments are pretty good.

Our living room electricity was not working when we first moved in, we notified maintenance and they were very efficient in getting it done! The place was clean and the management has been very welcoming.
