UScellular provides incredible customer service. Customers describe experiences that are super friendly and fast. Staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind, going above and beyond to assist. They are great to have conversations with, making the time in store super pleasant. One customer was dreading getting a new phone, finding the process complicated and expensive in the past. This time, it went great. They helped find a phone that could handle two SIM cards and had a promotion, resulting in spending WAY less than expected. This made a usually dreaded errand quick, easy, and cheap. Another customer appreciated staff for stopping someone trying to cut in line. When a phone was not charging properly, staff did an awesome job getting them started and set up with a new phone, even assisting multiple customers at once. They have been with UScellular since 2018 and wouldn't recommend any other company. Additionally, one customer faced an issue with finance payments on a returned phone handled improperly by a non-corporate agent. The UScellular office on Broadway helped by accepting the payoff and crediting it back, allowing the customer to get a needed replacement. They didn't have to do this crediting. Customers trust these people and will always be back.
Incredible customer service when we got my husband a new phone today. Super friendly and fast! Rae (I think that was her name) was so sweet with our 2 year old daughter and offered her cookies while we were getting everything set up!
