“I placed an online order and within 10 minutes I received a call from Rob to confirm my order. I was needing furniture for a display room within a few days, when speaking with Rob I learned the furniture I ordered would take a week to receive. I explained to Rob that I was needing furniture prior to a week and he went out of his way to make sure I got it within the timeframe I needed. I received a text from Rob the day before the scheduled delivery with a time frame and my furniture arrived within the window I was given. The men who delivered the furniture were also very courteous and even setup the furniture for me and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. Rob then followed up with a text to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, delivery, and setup. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Rob renewed my faith that companies do care about the customer experience. I look forward to working with Rob and Midwest again in the future. If you need good quality furniture, at a reasonable price or even in a hurry, Rob is your guy! He will ensure you leave a happy customer.”

“Naomi at the O'Fallon, Missouri store was amazing to work with and helped us order the perfect recliner. She listened so well to what we wanted and had great suggestions for us. The showroom floor had so many of the different chair models for us to sit in snd see how we liked them. Also, the La-Z-Boy website is very user friendly and helped us to do some "pre-shopping" online to help us narrow down what we wanted to see at the store. We really like how the website gives very detailed dimensions of every aspect of each chair model. We have always loved the La-Z-Boy brand because of the great quality of their products and the great comfort too! We are excited for our new recliner!”

“Grant met us at the door with a big smile and a strong handshake. He asked if there's something he could help us with. I held up the chair cushion that we were on a mission to find a recliner that matched. Grant steered us to the La-z-boy section, suggested a particular chair that may fit my height and torso. We both sat in it and mashed all of the buttons that put the chair through it's paces. We loved it! It turned out to be the EXACT same chair that we had chosen at the La-z-boy store 30 minutes earlier. We bought it from Slumberland.....for $600 cheaper than the La-z-boy store! And when Grant brought out a huge selection of swatches to choose our fabric from (10x the number that the b other store had showed us) , we found an even better match for our chair. Win/win! That was my first visit to Slumberland but rest assured it will not be my last!”

“I love both the Olive Tree Market Place and their Christmas Store at The Meadow. These are my favorite places to shop for the seasons and holidays. The staff is exceptional, professional, available to help with anything you are looking for, friendly and welcoming without hovering. But today, today they reminded me how kind and caring they are for their customers. I had shopped at both stores for their Holiday Open House this weekend and their selection and displays were awesome. Early this morning I realized a very sentimental ring wasn’t on my finger. I was panicked, thinking it had come off while I was sleeping and in the bedding somewhere. It was not. I looked everywhere. I decided to call them; Karli was so kind and offered to look in their store and to call the Christmas Store. Not five minutes later she called and said they had found my ring the night before! Amazing! I went to the Christmas Store and when I was given my ring, tears of joy and hugs of gratitude ensued. They were as happy as me! Someone said it was a Godwink. I knew it was. That Christmas store is huge!!! I went to the other store and thanked Karli for helping me, her kind, caring phone conversation that helped bring my ring back to me. I can never thank them all enough. So please, visit their stores, support their local small business. They are truly good people with two amazing stores stocked with so many wonderful things for everyone! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Olive Tree Market Place!!”
“It's very big. We came looking for a artificial Christmas tree and they had a large selection. I did not look around the store but could spend some time there. We did choose a tree and it was on sale. I'll have to go back and look some more when I have time.”
“I literally drove from north county to come to this pool store in O’Fallon. Sad they moved out of Florissant, but I will make the drive. They have the best chemicals..(yes I’ve tried a few different places) and the owner is awesome. I most definitely recommend.”

“Homegoods is one of my favorite stores. I live on the Illinois side and was glad to see they had a lot of different items. The store was incredibly cramped though and you couldn't get more than 1 cart through certain areas. The cashier was nice.”

When I requested for help one young person taking care of Kios check out helped me to get connected to Anna to identify 19 items listed for shopping and Anna being extraordinary young and very talented person help to identify 19 items in just 6 to 7 minutes.
