“I placed an online order and within 10 minutes I received a call from Rob to confirm my order. I was needing furniture for a display room within a few days, when speaking with Rob I learned the furniture I ordered would take a week to receive. I explained to Rob that I was needing furniture prior to a week and he went out of his way to make sure I got it within the timeframe I needed. I received a text from Rob the day before the scheduled delivery with a time frame and my furniture arrived within the window I was given. The men who delivered the furniture were also very courteous and even setup the furniture for me and made sure it was placed where I wanted it. Rob then followed up with a text to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, delivery, and setup. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Rob renewed my faith that companies do care about the customer experience. I look forward to working with Rob and Midwest again in the future. If you need good quality furniture, at a reasonable price or even in a hurry, Rob is your guy!
