“Aaron was super helpful. Facility was very clean and the best one I looked at. The sizes of the units matched the description, the prices were good at market value with a good sign up deal, and it was climate controlled and well secured l. Aaron did a great job explaining everything to me.
I would recommend this place over the local competitors. I looked at two competitors today, one had inaccurate sizes and was rude when asked about it, the other I didn't even go into the units because over the phone the associate was rude and unhelpful when I asked to simply look at a unit prior to renting. This rental facility is far better, associate was nice and helpful, it was cleaner than the competitors, and better secured.”

Code inoperative on Sunday. Emergency call with Wendy just before movers arrived and Wendy gave temp access code to unlock. WOW, want a clean and organized facility with flat carts to move couch solo.
Elevator to top floor with auto lighting in unit as well. Very clean inside and out. More exterior lighting for Safety and security cameras is a must upgrade I hope they read here.
Name on door tag with barrel lock and three keys for convenient small fee if used, I recommend using the provided $19 lock & keys.
Follow up from Ms. Lucy site Manager to ensure assigned code works from Sunday access glitch.

“I train in mixed martial arts and I was looking for space in my basement and not only did these clean up my basement making more space it made them look nice too. At first I was using them to hang up boxes but after a little bit of time I used them to hang up clothes, bags and other materials that I used often. I personally think they are a good useful product and they are definitely worth the price to easily clean up a mess.”

“Curious RV parking lot adjacent to a sports turf company, which is where the office is. Helpful staff. Loses 1 star due to poor lighting and minimal camera surveillance. No pull thru parking - an issue for a newbie like me, but non issue for seasoned RVers. Located on a surprisingly busy back road in St Charles parallel to SH370.”

“I researched several local storage facilities, including calling locations and asking detailed questions. I was blown away by the professionalism, knowledge and overall kindness of both Keith and Melissa. They are a powerful team who understand customer service. And wow! I've never seen such a clean storage facility. I looked at their outdoor units (no AC), but ultimately chose an indoor unit with AC. Both are great options but being indoors means you don't have to worry about rain, snow, or heat - definite perk. I highly recommend this place and would use it again if ever needed.”
