Customer service is great, the facility is hot and doesn't seem to have much cooling inside. The carts provided have wheels that don't go over bumps well, make sure you stack your stuff well.

The gentleman helping us was very helpful and nice. Walked us through a transfer with no issues. I didn't get the gentleman's name but he was there at 12:45 on Friday the 26th.
