“I purchased a used tennis wheelchair online a few months ago and recently got a flat tire, which I brought to Wheelhouse Bicycle for repair. Nathan quickly determined that I needed a replacement tire but still spent over an hour trying to rig a temporary solution so I could continue playing sports while waiting for the new tire to arrive. Although he couldn’t find a safe workaround (through absolutely no fault of his own), he refused to accept any compensation for his significant time and effort.
When my replacement tire arrived, I brought it back to Nathan, and he installed it quickly and efficiently. I play wheelchair tennis regularly, and both the chair and tire have been working perfectly ever since.
As someone with very little knowledge about tires, I really appreciated Nathan’s kindness, empathy, and patience. He took the time to educate me on the correct size tires and tubes I needed to order and charged me very little for his services.
I cannot recommend Wheelhouse Bicycle enough! Nathan and the team are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future wheelchair or bike-related needs.”

“Chris is one of the best at bicycle service, especially when it comes to doing a fall. Look at my tryout line bike before a vague race. I have never had problems during a race and make it a point to have a maintenance check up done as he finds Important fixes that both extend a long Jeopardy of a very expensive bike, as well as giving me confidence that it is tuned for the fastest race I can squeak out! I will not go to another shop and have been to others that are not as comprehensive and well managed.”

“These folks were top notch. Took my piece of trash Walmart bike in to have a new drivetrain installed. Thinking I'd be laughed out of the store for bringing them garbage, I was instead assured things would be handled without a problem. When they called to come pick it up, they informed me of a couple other issues they noticed but didn't fix since it wasn't discussed and were simple things I already knew about and would fix on my own. At least they cared enough to mention them.
Don't listen to the handful of bad reviews. People complaining about lower prices elsewhere should have done the research before buying the bike. And to complain about shipping delays and hold that against a business that doesn't handle the shipping aspect is someone just wanting to complain. This place and their staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Will be back for sure when I need the help.”
