Julian was even able to interact beautifully well with my 8-year-old, as it was for him that we were buying a bike. Very confident in our purchase, since we can bring it in for tuneups for the lifetime of the bike. The people know and stand behind their product; that’s for sure.”

“Im From out of town visiting with grandkids and grandma and granddaughter were bike riding and grandma crashed the bike bending the wheel badly. Took it to the Bike Center and they told me that it wasn't fixable which really didn't surprise me. I ask for a new wheel which they had in stock and about a total of 10 mins I was out the door whith everything I needed for the bike. The price i thought for a new wheel wasn't much more than I thought fixing old one would cost. Thank for your fast service.”

They’re currently a bit backlogged on tune-ups, but since my main complaint with my bike were the brakes (the back brakes were constantly dragging on the wheel + front brake didn’t actuate at all), they fit me in right there. (Very grateful for that. I would have had to make time to come back or go to a different shop.)
I believe I was in there for less than 30 minutes, so the fix was both prompt and thorough. (They also fixed my steering column and the placement of the brake levers, which were both super loose. There may have been a few other adjustments which flew over my head.)
The price was so reasonable that I had to leave a tip. I can finally ride my bike! (It felt like I was fighting it before.)”

“I recently bought an old, functional tt bike on Facebook Marketplace for my 22nd birthday and took it to a local shop for new tires. The initial service turned into a frustrating time. The younger employees made a couple of mistakes. they didn't seat the tires properly, which pinched the inner tubes, and one of them dropped my rear cassette on the table, causing it to loosen.I didn't realize the extent of the mistakes until I got home and found the bike completely unrideable. I went back that same day, and while the shop fixed the tire issue free of charge, the cassette was loosened by hitting the table. Frustrated, I returned the next day. This time, the owner, Ed, took over. He inspected the bike and showed me that the previous owner had actually installed the cassette wrong to begin with. Ed completely turned the experience around. he tuned up the bike, corrected the cassette, fixed some rear derailleur housing, and took the time to educate me on my some of my bike's quirks and mechanics. While the first visit was aggravating, Ed set everything right. This was all free of charge and the information and education I was given was more valuable than the price I paid for the new tires. I DO NOT BLAME the young employees for the mistakes because they are still learning, aren't we all. Thank you for getting this old bike bike on the road. Thank you for your time. This is a good shop with a knowledgeable owner. 5 stars.”
