Because the book was so big, she thoughtfully split it into two separate volumes and added protective covers to both sides of each—making it much easier to use. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I highly recommend coming to this location and asking for Mackenzie and the other friendly team members in the print area. Excellent service from start to finish!”
“I had such a positive experience with the Minuteman Press team at Kirkwood Rd. and Big Bend on 9/19. I was working on a small project for my job and ran into some printing difficulties. Since they’re located close to my school, I reached out, and I’m so glad I did.
From the very first conversation, the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. They took the time to listen as I explained my situation and immediately offered solutions to get everything resolved. The job was completed quickly and with great care.

“Great place in St. Louis to shop around for any and all camera equipment. I have made multiple large purchases here and they are the experts in the area on all things cameras.
I’ve purchased mirrorless, DSLR, and drones here. Be sure to ask them about the warranties that they offer. They also offer digital services, image recovery, and photo enlargement at their lab just next-door.”
“Probably the nicest staff I've ever encountered at an office supply store from any brand. Ordered some items for print and they look fantastic. The team took care to try and separate items to make them easy to organize.
My only gripe (and this is not specific to the store, this is Office Depot in general) is that there is no tracker or progress updates other than order received and complete, really. We did call the store to check on status (which they gracefully provided) but it would have been super convenient to know what day the print would be ready without having to call the store.”
“The Arnold UPS store should assume control of USPS. They are efficient, knowledgeable and have excellent customer service. I don’t ask for much in regards to Customer Service. But a smile goes a long way and the Arnold UPS store goes over and above that. Sadly, I don’t usually get that kind of service at my local USPS with the exception of one usps person that works at the desk.”

“From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”

Last Year, I decided I wanted professionally printed tickets, for a formal event, and I chose Gateway Digital Press. I had designed them and GDP was the commercial printer. The cost couldn't be beat. My tickets were so beautiful, they made everyone jealous.
