The Savers family of stores is a for-profit, global thrift retailer offering great quality, gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse business model of purchasing, reselling, and recycling gives communities a smart way to shop and keeps more than 700 million pounds of used goods from landfills each year. Savers also helps over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods from them, providing a source of revenue to support their vital community programs and services. The brand operates over 300 locations with 22,000 employees across the United States, Australia, Canada, and Quebec. Customers praise the excellent customer service, with Natasha being described as very friendly and helpful at the registers. The donation center staff, particularly Alhmid, are also highly appreciated for their helpfulness, kindness, and efficiency. Shoppers enjoy the wide variety of items available, including furniture, and often spend hours browsing the stores. While some items may be misplaced, the employees are generally viewed as nice and patient, even with those who may have special needs. Savers also offers a convenient return policy, allowing customers to return items within a week.
