Impossible to get anyone on the phone! Worse, you can't even leave a message. I've had to schedule an appointment to go in-person for something that was initiated over the phone by a branch member.

...... Your computer hung up on me, with out giving me an option to talk to someone.

Call multiple times and nobody bothers to pick up the phone. There is no option to wait for somebody to answer or to leave a message. I was able to get three rings before an auto attendant ended my call telling me to call the 1-800 number. Seems like the bare minimum service level continues to be reduced.
