About Academy Bank
Academy Bank provides consistently great and amazing customer service, both in person and on the phone. Reviews highlight quick, friendly, and outstanding service from bankers and tellers, who are professional and helpful. However, a strong warning is given about their credit builder credit card, described as a scam that did not build credit. Customers advise against getting any loans or credit cards through them due to issues with late bills and unauthorized payments. For regular banking, many report a long history of reliable service with no problems.
