“Had an unexpected visit... tire blew out on vacation, about 320 miles from home and another 200 to our final destination. Our TX has 22 inch wheels, so NO WHERE had a tire available nearby and was told it would probably be the following Monday (this was Thur eve) so basically, our vaca would've been called off. We were able to get to Spirit Lexus and they got us in IMMEDIATELY so we could get back to our vacation. Hopefully, we don't have to visit them again, but if you're in the area or need your Lexus serviced, do not hesitate to get in here and get some great customer service! Made an unfortunate circumstance, manageable for the family!”
“I bought a Mercedes AMG 63 from a different Mercedes dealership. With my keys in the car, it locked leaving me unable to get in even with the help of the app. After a week of going back and forth with little to no help from the original dealer and being told I needed to tow my car from my garage to a dealer to get into it. I even tried having my on locksmith out but he wanted to charge $600 just to unlock my car! After one week and hours of back and forth calls with the original dealer I decided to try the service department at Plaza. Craig Guenzler answered and immediately offered to come to my home in 20 minutes to unlock my car with no questions asked. I figured he wouldn’t show up or wouldn’t be able to access my car but I agreed. True to his word, he arrived immediately and within five minutes had my keys out!! Again I didn’t purchase my car from Plaza but they still went above and beyond with zero questions asked.”
