“So I had mixed feelings about Verizon from the start but I upgraded online, picked up my new device in store, got it home tried using smart switch to get my new phone activated with no success. Long story short I ended up going to the Creve Coeur store.... and they were the most down to earth, helpful, patient people! The guy that waited on me had to spend well over 2 hours on hold, back & forth with customer service but he did, with a smile, we joked laughed and got it done! Thanks to the Mgr lady that day also she was just fantastic! You guys are all great thank you so much!!”
“Greg is the one and only reason for giving 4 star. He was so humble and knows exactly how to treat a customer. He is calm and a real problem solver. He should be at higher positions definetly.
We took 4 lines together, in this case it should be 25$ per line and taxes somewhere 5$ each. But the bill came out was 348$ only for 3 lines. Greg helped us fully and made it right and also other guy helped us but he was a bit rude. Greg stepped in and he completly sorted our issue. Thanks to Greg.
