“I was helped by Ari Baker and Josh.Josh had helped me the day before. He guided me through the available smart phone options, as well as gave me information about available flip phones. (I almost went flip, but that's some real old-school style stuff)The next day, I purchased a refurb phone and needed a SIM. Ari was very polite, and helped me get a new SIM into my phone! While Ari was assisting me, a customer became irate and began to raise his voice with Josh (Bad day maybe, it happens).Josh remained calm, cool and collected and continued to guide the customer to understand his phone plan and charges included.The customer then said "You don't have to yell" to Josh. “The employees are wonderful and are patient with assisting ALL AGES and not just the college age- young folks(see my review of the Richmond Heights location). I would love to see the exterior updated and more employees to assist when it does get crowded. This is a very spacious location in the Central West End (prestigious tourist area) with Drs, Scientist and other high end professionals including students from Washington University/St. Louis University amongst the locals. So, it bewildering why this location hasn't been updated yet. I understand the store was recently burglarized so that should definitely be more incentive to upgrade so the location appears better.”
