He was able to find me my employer discount, which helps us save money each month. Isaac was patient with all of our questions, friendly to work with, and knowledgeable about his profession. We came back a few days later and the store manager Brian was able to help initiate and complete the transfer of our phone lines. He also transferred our WiFi account into my name, so we could utilize my employer discount. Everyone at this location should be considered for a recognition incentive, reward, bonus, etc. I highly recommend this location over others within the city, and I am satisfied with the overall process as a new customer!!”

“This is a great store. Good check in , no waiting even without an appointment, and friendly and helpful service person. Only disadvantage is no parking lot but ample street parking.”
“I just discovered Spectrum 1 (local news) and love it. The weather reporter is great and the news reporter is so reassuring in delivering the updates. Since finding this I dropped paying over $100/month to a subscription service (Hulu) to get one sided news reports.
Spectrum has always provided great internet and stable prices over the past 30 years. I will continue being their customer despite a broadband service installation in the area.
