That being said, I thrive on premier customer service and that is exactly what I received at T-Mobile S Kingshighway. My Sales Clerk, Antonio, presented himself as professional, knowledgeable, and expeditious. Antonio quickly assessed the issues with my phone and rectified the matter. Five stars is not enough to rate a clerk and a store that treated me so well. The assistant manager even asked me to let her and the staff know if I needed anything further. This level of customer service definitely makes me glad I switched from Metro because I am assured that the staff at T-Mobile are dependable and supportive. Thank you all for your time.”
