“The worst part is the Ballwin location near me opens at 10 on Saturdays, but the Manchester location opens at 9. People out early in the morning have to wait on it to open. I think 9:00 makes more sense.”

“I was provided inaccurate information regarding the fingerprinting service and arrived at the counter without all the documents I needed. The employee helpfully explained what I really needed and was patient as I grabbed additional documentation from my car. He helped me get set up on the machine. I had a package to send on top of this, and even though I failed to tape it or attach my pre-paid printout before dropping it off, he took it back with no complaint and provided me the receipt. Overall very quick and painless visit!”
