“The worst part is the Ballwin location near me opens at 10 on Saturdays, but the Manchester location opens at 9. People out early in the morning have to wait on it to open. I think 9:00 makes more sense.”
“I had a delivery truck hit and mangle my mailbox that Mailbox HQ installed about a year and half ago! I called first thing the next day and they asked a few questions and we communicated with some pictures thru text. The literally came the following day! I didn’t have to be home and that’s excellent service that seems hard to find these days! Especially since it’s a big holiday weekend!!! Expectations exceeded!”

“Has to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. If you want fast and simple service without someone complicating anything it’s worth it to drive out of your way to this location. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.”
“Always a good experience at this UPS store! I rent a mailbox at this location and so I’m here a lot. I’ve gained a good report with the staff and they are always very helpful. I feel like the bad reviews I’ve read about here aren’t that common or usually issues out of control of the staff. Or maybe just a few customers determined to be mad at the world at a minor inconvenience. But I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single problem.”
“This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

“Everyone at this store is so kind and helpful, Emily is especially great! Great service here always! They really go above and beyond to be helpful. I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me. “From the minute, I walked into this UPS store location. I knew it stood out far above the rest of the ones that I have visited just because of the young lady who had such a welcoming kind personality from the minute I walked in the door. Mind you, I walked into the door carrying a men’s dress shirt that didn’t have a package because it was an Amazon return, and the packaging that it came in was a very slim plastic vacuum sealed package that I couldn’t put it back in. She was very efficient and had just such an uplifting spirit about her. I had to come and leave a review. how they recommend going to this location above any of the mini around it. I have encountered employees at the locations near this one that seemed not in the best of moods and like they didn’t have much patience.”
