Service with an attitude. Wasn’t just me. Watched all 6 people in front of me get the same treatment. Why not hire people who actually enjoy their job and enjoy working. Not ones who seem pissed off at the world.

I just went there to mail a package to Sweden and I had not written the address on the package because I remembered getting a printed label to cover up what I had written anyway. I printed out the address and when I got to the counter and tried to give her the printed address, without looking it she said’ “ you have to write the label, I don’t print labels” and gives me a marker. I go to the side and I’m flustered so I write the address on the package upside down. She takes it, looks at me and makes a scoffing sound. I said, I know, I didn’t realize it was upside down. (I’m actually rushing because I have a Dr appt in a few minutes, hence the mistake). She looks at the address and says, “it’s going to Sweden so you have yo fill out a customs form. I knew it was something like that and that’s why I didn’t write the address because the custom form would cover my written address anyway. My point is, if she had just taken a look at the address first instead of being all offended that I expected her to print a label, she would have realized and saved us the wasted time. I just took the form and left. I will go to a different PO. I can see why the rating here is 2.6

Absolutely terribly managed and understaffed. Literally was just told that if my mail is being stolen by staff I should “try and get it from them quicker.”

Much like all of the other reviews, very poor service. Tawanda in particular was rude and unhelpful. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and her response to a simple question was a sarcastic one. when I tried to clarify, she restated her sarcastic remarks and added more.

This is literally the worst post office in all of St. Louis county. The employees are rude, lazy, and provide the worst customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Today, Ms. Tawanda took really good care of us during our passport process. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish. She made the whole process pleasant and fun. Thanks!

I delivered all of my wedding invitations in person to this post office. Handed them to someone and still they all got lost. Those few that showed up to the recipients were not postmarked. Yet they claim no responsibility.

Sandy and Rebecca provided exceptional customer service to my husband when he was having issues with another company applying for his passport. They were patient with us, thorough, and able to catch mistakes in the process and righted it immediately for us. I am writing this review in hopes they get the recognition they deserve

I tried to mail something with a QR code and the package never got sent the first time. Turns out the postal worker gave me the wrong receipt and just did not print out the label for the package. I didn’t get her name, but her coworker was very nice when I went back and tried to help me sort it out. We were able to get it sent at that point after recovering the package, but the lady at fault didn’t apologize and just blamed it on me leaving prematurely, which I did not. Will be avoiding this location in the future.

If you mail a letter through this post office, it's likely it will get lost. Unreliable!!!

Most Unprofessional emloyees work here!They deliver the wrong mail constantly, and lose mail consistently. Packages get lost, both incoming and outgoing. Sometimes they found it a couple of weeks later, sometimes not. One package had status "Out for delivery" for several days and then changed it to "insufficient address" - what does it even mean? You accepted it and had it in transit for a week? I've waited 20 min in line and for 30 min at the counter for reply but manager didn't bother to come out. Left my phone number but no call back.Also witnessed several customers with lost packages and canceled passport appointments.Unbelievable level of service.

NO AIR CONDITIONINGTERRIBLE CUSTOMER CONDITIONS AND IM SURE WORKING CONDITIONS. WHATS WITH MANAGEMENT? THE CLERK TRIED HAD TROUBLE SCANNING A FATHERS DAY CARD AND WENT TO THE MANAGER AND THEY WOULDN’T EVEN COME ASSIST THE CLERK TRYING TO HELP ME. RIDICULOUS. I LEFT WITHOUT A CARD THANKS A LOT. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE. IM REPORTING THIS BRANCH IMMEDIATELY. EXTREMELY LONG LINESTHE OTHER WINDOW CLERKS ACTING LIKE THEIR CUSTOMER REQUEST TAKE 30 MINUTES. I NOTICED THEY WERE STALLING.
