Booked an appointment for our passport and the employee did not arrive until 25 mins after our appointment time. We arrived 15 minutes early as advised, so we were sitting around for quite a bit. I wish I knew her name - she helped show me how to use the self service kiosk for prepaid labels. She was so helpful and nice - I didn’t even know that thing existed and this isn’t my usual post office.
