“Good guy who's been honest with me or anyone else I know who's used him. Steve gave me his opinion on what could be wrong with our other truck, something a lot of shops won't do so you'll just bring it in. Highly recommend over any other place in Cuba.”

“Quick to get me in the same day I called! Very knowledgeable and down to earth! They are not going to make you replace every part that doesn't need replaced just to make an extra dollar and honest shops like this are rare anymore! HIGHLY recommend!”

“I had a brake caliper seize up while on a road trip with my family. I called several different auto shops and none were able to help. Multiple shops who were unable to help recommended I contact Tim's. Tim's was able to get my car in, diagnose the issue, order replacement parts and complete the repairs allowing me to get back on the road the same day. Their price was extremely reasonable, and if I lived closer I'd certainly rely on their services in the future.”

“I took an echo leaf blower in when it wasn’t starting and these guys tried their best to see if the piston damage could be covered under warranty. Echo didn’t cover it and the price of parts through the manufacturer was too high to justify having these guys work on it further. I bought a new piston and rings on eBay and after honing the cylinder got it all out back together and running. Even though these guys had to hand the leaf blower back to me completely disassembled in a box, there was not a single screw missing. I was really impressed by that. What I had to pay for diagnostic work was very reasonable and they explained the issues very clearly and kept in good communication with me. Would go here again for sure”

“I didnt use their financing, I used my own, regardless of that, they were very easy to work with. I had no problems test driving what I asked to test drive. Not one person pushy or trying to make a sale! Again they are a secondary car market, not a new/used dealership. Experiences may differ. Mine was easy and straight forward. I would buy again from them.”
