“I had severe damage to my car after a hailstorm. I took it to another place local in Wentzville and when they worked with my insurance they deemed it a total loss. My new insurance contact (was also in the process of switching insurance companies) suggested I reach out to Dennis at Gerry Counts. Dennis went out of his way to meet us closer to my house AND ultimately was able to fix my car without it being deemed a total loss. They did an excellent job repairing it and I could not be more impressed with how they went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you!”

“I couldn't say enough good thangs about Terry and his Son!! They definitely over did themselves when it came to my Diesel!! We ran into a few extra issues that set us back a little bit but that still didn't stop them from getting my baby running and back to me!! They put a new motor in her and she runs like a dream!! I won't ever take my truck to anyone else!! They are very respectful and is proud to serve you and actually listens to you! They treat you like family and not like some other places that just see you as a person who's just going to pay money! “Received amazing service from Harmon tire. We had a blow out on our camper trailer after hours. We were 40 miles from our campsite and 2.5 hrs from home. Fred, Jason, and Jake went above and beyond their job and hours to help my son and I out. We were still able to make our float trip while our tire and rim was repaired the next day. The spare we bought was low on air and Jake came back out to air it up on a Saturday. These men are top notch for service and kindness! It proved to my 17 yr old son there are still really good people in our world! This did not break the bank either.”
“Very knowledgeable. Great Customer Service. I went in searching for a belt for my mower, and he immediately knew It was for a John Deere mower. He measured the belt, and 2 days later I had the right belt for a very reasonable price.
This place isn't like Auto Zone, the parts are of premium quality, and the people know their stuff. I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely worth the 25 mile drive from Cuba to Sullivan !!”
“On the 29th of December 2025, after traveling several miles in a massive snow storm, on my way to Oklahoma. The skid plate located on the under carriage of my vehicle came loose. I stopped by this Valvoline express care in hopes it could be repaired. The business was closed, however, the employee on duty met me at the door. After explaining the situation, without hesitation the employee repaired the issue. I am very grateful for the professionalism and extra mile the employee showed. I would highly recommend Valvoline Express Care to anyone.”

Didn’t try to upsell or oversell anything. They put a new tire on our van right away and our vacation continued. “Picked up parts had to order when parts came in was called several times didn't have service they were going to keep calling till I answered or in my case went and picked up the parts. Parts said he was going to keep calling till I was personally notified my parts were ready for pickup.”
