Cuba Self Storage offers newer units that are clean and without water issues. Some older units had leaks, but the staff moved customers to better buildings. The grounds can be muddy and need better drainage. The owner and staff are described as amazing, passionate, caring, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist customers. Their concern and service are highly appreciated, leading customers to definitely use their units again.

The owner went out of his way to help us out when we had vehicle issues almost 4 hours from home and let us do a short term storage of our heavy camping gear so we could limp our vehicle home on a holiday weekend with a fouled plug . God bless you sir !
