“The newer units are good, I had an old one and it leaked and ruined 60% of belongings. Once I discovered the leak, they moved me to a newer building where I haven't had any problems. The only reason it is a 4 and not a 5 is that the grounds are always muddy. There needs to be many more layers of rock and some proper drainage installed.”
