“I have used Sullivan Storage for a couple of years now. Use auto pay and love the convenience. Always recieve a text message of payments due and paid. Put the lock on incorrectly once and that day I received a phone call letting me know the unit was unsecured. Went right over, checked the unit and applied the lock correctly. Really appreciated the manager for checking the units and fast notification of any problems. Never worry about my units.”
