The quality of the food in large volumes was great. Not only did this make preparing a meal for 25 easy, it also became our next go to for any large gathering or family event.”

“Most of the dishes are very tasty. They season well compared to a similar company.Best option for me is any dish that includes mashed cauliflower, a green veg and a protein.Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that you can’t use the gift certificate bought online in store and stock was very low when I went to buy food. I recommend shopping online and paying the small fee for delivery to get all the options.”
“Great store. Always clean and polished. Food is fresh and cycled effectively. Staff is friendly and customer-centric. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the prices. Their products are good, but some are overpriced for what you can get it for elsewhere. BUT, and that's an uppercase "but", if you have a list of things you want or need, the prices could balance out.”
“If your associates are going to make comments like, "And you let the door slam. And this is why I hate people," please post signs to inform customers ahead of time to not let them slam. Or better yet, invest in freezer doors that don't slam.I am a Doordash shopper, and to Dierberg's credit, I have never in my life seen an associate this rude. I have been that person and I understand being frustrated in that moment, but I also know to let the customer walk away before making hateful comments. I also understand that there were likely outside influences impacting the associate's mood, as well as that I have some of the blame in that moment. I spoke with a store manager about the incident, and I trust them to handle the situation appropriately, so I'm not asking for further action. But this is vexing me to no end, so here we are. All I'm saying is actions could have been taken by the company to prevent this interaction.”

“I go here all the time because I love gluten and dairy free finds and organic foods. The staff are always so nice, for example I was there the day before Easter and needed cool whip but did not see any out. I asked a girl (don’t know her name) if they had any maybe and she forreal went and got me a huge tub from the back and went back to get a 2nd for me with no complaints- so cool of her!!! Very clean store also which is nice. All positive vibes here, love it”
“I went to the bakery on short notice for a birthday cake. They couldn't make it on time but advised me they had some in their freezer I could choose from. “great grocery store. I will mention it is a lot higher price than Schnucks, target, Walmart, Walmart and of course, Aldi's however, you do get better quality food here. It's not perfect by any means, but I do enjoy the produce section. I come and purchase the zoodles all the time and they are the only store in my area that offers this as fresh and not frozen. Customer service is always top-notch. The store is always very clean and it's so easy to find everything.”
