“Treats Unleashed did an amazing job on my senior dog's 15th birthday cake! The cake turned out perfect, and you could tell they put a lot of care into it. Communication was great the whole way through, and delivery was right on time and hassle-free. They made celebrating my golden girl so easy. “We would recommend many Treats Unleashed locations, but the Cottleville location especially. The entire staff is always very kind and knowledgeable. We bring our Great Pyrenees, Lenny, in for grooming and Kara is hands down the best with him! Lenny gets so excited to see her and loves that she gets down on the floor with him to play and snuggle. She handles his double coat like a true pro and he always comes home so soft and squeaky clean. Kara’s attention to detail is 10/10.”

“I brought our two dogs in for a nail trim, one of which is usually a nightmare to have his nails done, and they did a FANTASTIC job, no problem for either dog. The other place we took them to wanted us to drug the dog that hates it, not here. 5 minutes tops for each dog. It’s a little out of my way, but, Paws and Relax has our business for good now. It took less time to go 20 minutes out of my way than it did at the place 5 minutes from my home. Highly recommend them, they are SOOOO nice and they do a great job”

She takes the time to educate customers about different types of fish, the differences between freshwater and saltwater tanks, and how to properly maintain and clean aquariums.
What stands out most is how patient, knowledgeable, and supportive she has been. As someone becoming a true lover of aquariums and freshwater fish, having Elaina walk alongside me in this journey has made all the difference. She genuinely cares, never makes questions feel silly, and always goes the extra mile to help. If you are new to aquariums or experienced alike, I highly recommend working with Elaina!
Working with Nick at Marine Solutions has been an incredible experience! Nick has gone above and beyond to educate me about axolotls, the ideal tank environments to support their health, and everything involved in setting up an axolotl tank correctly. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer questions have made the process so much less overwhelming and so much more exciting.

“Was a little worried because my pup has never been in any store and they were very busy,wasn't sure how my dog would act with all the people and pets,he did great and was able to get his nails done,thanks to the woman who done his nails and the lady who held him for her to do the job,love this store and the women here doing the job...I have a blue nose pit bull and he's a big boy for a puppy,these ladies weren't intimidated and completed the job fast and perfectly,thanks petsmart for your help,awesome people and great service and the people were very kind i will definitely be going back here for my pup and his brother love you all”

“I am a huge advocate for ethical breeding and ethically sourced animals although the vendor for Petco isn’t what I would call the best source.. However, after they are in this location’s care, I believe that they’re really well taken care of. I got to see up close how they handle the small animals and how enthusiastic they are with their proper care.
I really applaud and appreciate the employees that I just met at this location We absolutely need more people in the world like you two!!! I am a spider keeper/ breeder Who is really big on ethical breeding of jumping spiders or any spider. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of care, questions, and knowledge they displayed. These employees are great. There was a blonde haired girl, and a red haired girl. I’m so sorry that I didn’t get your guys’ names, But I really appreciate the conversation and the care and love that you put into the animals that you Are responsible for as their caretakers. Highly recommend this location. A lot of pet stores really don’t put Purpose and care behind the love they have for the animals there and I can really tell that these employees absolutely care about every single animal, whether it is a feeder a pet, Or an insect.
