I brought my dog here for a wash and couldn’t be happier with how it went. The staff were incredibly kind, supportive, and patient, they really made the whole process stress free for both me and my pup. The facility was clean, well-stocked, and easy to use, and my dog came out looking and smelling great! You can tell they truly care about animals here. “I was able to get some wonderful toys and fresh dogfood for my babies. With all the choices of dogfood, however, I did not know that the certain dogfood I had got before only could be gotten from Petland. It was okay. I just went and picked that kind up there. While at Petco, I also got my doggies some homemade dog treats as well.
Since I got home with their treats and toys, they have non-stop played with what I bought them.
Score one for Mom!!! Thank you Petco and your friendly staff. The only issue I had was I have an account they couldn’t find? I hope that’s resolved.

“My golden retriever puppy just graduated puppy class here and I have been taking her to get a puppy bath once a month. I could not be more happy with her grooming service- both of the groomers have been willing to give me feedback about how she did and she comes home smelling and looking amazing! Tucker in particular always gives great feedback, is phenomenal with the dogs, and very polite!”

“The staff at Treats Unleashed in Lake St. Louis are absolutely amazing! They’re always so kind and welcoming, and they treat our pup like one of their own every time we visit.
Our dog isn’t the easiest when it comes to nail trims, but Kirsten is incredibly patient and gentle with him. She always takes her time, gives him extra love and attention, and makes the experience as stress-free as possible, for both of us!
The store is always spotless, and the self-wash tubs are consistently clean and ready to use. The team is quick to offer help and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you and your pet have a great experience.
