“One employee at this store deserves this 5 star rating! Went in to buy food today and was waiting in line. Two employees saw me and walked by the unmanned register. Then Taylor came up and opened up the register to check me out! She was extremely helpful made sure I got my points for my food purchase, answered all my questions on a couple products. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very cheerful and great with people! She made the shopping experience enjoyable! This is sad to say, but this is rare today! So rare, i felt i had to right a positive review for her! I do most shopping online because I try to avoid the idiots working in stores today. Petland needs to promote her. She's better than most managers I encounter! This girl is going places! Great work Taylor! You are awesome!”

“I have never had a bad experience here. Never. My groomer Erin is amazing. She bonded with my little Chi-Pom and just 2 other people have done that. I hope she doesn’t plan on retiring soon. Every employee at Treats Unleashed has always been kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!!”

“This was my 1st visit to Wag N Wash, and I was very impressed. A kind lady helped me use the self-service dog wash. My dog, Louie, was hesitant to walk up the ramp, but she assisted. I told her that Louie was not a fan of the dryers, so she gave us stocking to cover his ears, and it worked! It's nice to run into kind and helpful people! I will definitely be a repeat customer!”

“We discovered this pet store a few weeks ago looking for feeder mice for our new and bratty ball python. Interactions with staff have been good and they've made recommendations along the way. Today we had the delight of meeting Lynn and she was SO informative and just loved talking about their animals and educated us about some changes to make for our baby ball. We had a blast checking out the snakes they had and learning about them.”

“DOG OWNERS! YOU NEED THIS! We’ve gone through about 3 cheap dog beds and cots from big box pet stores and we FINALLY found a cot that is KC PROOF! KC loves to chew, so I think the longest one of her beds lasted was about 6 hours…. This thing has lasted over 3 WEEKS! We use this one in our living room, and we just ordered another one for her crate in our bedroom! (The metal chew guards are extra, but to be honest we just put them on today… and they’re not really needed, they’re just for our peace of mind). They’re a little pricier than the ones we’ve bought before, but they will LAST FOREVER AND ARE TOTALLY WORTH THE PRICE!P.S. Their customer service is WONDERFUL!”

“When you need an item for your yard work or your garden work RK is the place you go. Also has a nice collection of everyday day goods and sweets. This last visit found many more grocery items, not just snacks. I bought a bag of onion sets. They had good prices on my favorite soup mix also.”

“Wonderful store and very helpful staff! My husband bought a 75 gallon fish tank, stand, filter and lots of items for the tank. After getting home and opening the box for the stand he realized one of the boards was damaged. He called this store and they went above and beyond to get the replacement board. (Including driving to a different PetSmart store to pick up the new stand because we bought the last one at their store)The next day he realized that the filter he bought wouldn't fit on the tank so he took it back. Not only did the employee help us with the return he also helped us pick out the new filter and he opened the box and showed us how to install it! I absolutely recommend this store to every pet owner!”
“This was our first experience with Treats Unleashed. We have a 5 month old Morkie (Mila) and they recommended the face, feet and fanny package to get her used to the grooming process. Mila did fantastic, her groomer was amazing and we are looking forward to her next visit in 4 weeks to get her full grooming done. She smells and looks wonderful. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals and us as the owner with our wants/needs. Super happy to have found an amazing groomer for her from the start.”
