“My experience with U Store It Storage was very pleasant, I enjoyed working with Wilma. She was very detailed oriented about the process of the rental space and also just a delightful customer service experience. The rental price was reasonable for the unit but I just wish the property was a little larger”
“I’ve had at least 10 storage units in my life, and this one is by far the best!! Caleb has been so helpful and easy to get ahold of!!!
I can’t say enough kinda words about this facility!!!”
“Chris was very personable, and helpful when it came to answering any questions I had regarding renting a unit. He also tried to find me the best deals which I appreciated!!”
“Lucy was Wonderful at the Wentzville Location. She was very knowledgeable and very courteous. I highly recommend that you see Lucy if you are looking for storage space. She was able to get me in my storage space the same day. Great Customer Service.”
“The manager, Tyler, was awesome to work with throughout the process. He went through all of the details and answered my questions. It only took 10 minutes from start to finish. I highly recommend Extra Space in Lake St. Louis!”
“I had an excellent experience with Extra Space Storage. The facility was clean, well-lit, and felt very secure. Jenny is was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I appreciated the easy access to my unit and the wide variety of storage options available to meet my needs.”
“Worked with Trey on my account today! He answered all my questions fully, assisted me with a new lock on my unit / the process to get my old one removed and walked me through my account. Super friendly and responsible!”
“This place is unbelievable! I've never seen so many cameras and so much security in one place in my life. I guarantee you don't have anything to worry about in this joint. I am extremely impressed.”
“This storage area is fantastic, they are very clean and well kept and well-managed. I've had items here for nearly a decade myself and my local Marine Corps League keeps items for our community service projects here as well. Easy access and 24-hour gated entry and exit, with restrooms available during working hours as well as use of cards and move-in truck. In general I would definitely recommend this as a storage location because their prices are really fair as well as the location is great.”
“Always very helpful, 24 hour access with gate code. Employees and management always help me if I was going to be a few days or a week late on a payment very grateful.”

“Bob and Crew did a great job and were very understanding of my concerns in regard to making sure my cats did not get out. They got the job done in good time they knew how to get in and out. I hope to be using them again soon to move my mom. Leslie in the office also helped to put my mind at ease.”

The GM and team are outstanding in CS and cleanliness. This location really changed my opinion on storage facilities. They were kind and walked me through everything I needed to know about the unit and how to keep everything safe.”
“AAA Storage is well-run administratively, well maintained and secure for your personal storage needs. It has a wide variety of storage unit sizes available to suit your individual needs. The staff discussed with us about types of items we would be storing to determine the right size unit appropriate for us. The staff was very upfront about the rates and terms of the agreement, payment methods, etc. So there were no surprises when completing the contract. We were able to select a unit, not just assigned one. Our unit was swept out and ready to go when we were ready to take possession. Leanna and Barbara were a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this business to anyone needing extra storage.”
“This is the second time using Cube Smart. It has made our move so much easier. It is well lit and easily accessible with our car inside using the provided code.
I just wanted to add to my review. I really appreciated the climate controlled facility. It is clean and well maintained.I also wanted to give a special shout out to Liz for going above and beyond when we had a concern. Great place!”
“The location is very clean and professional, and the staff is friendly and professional as well, but the price per mile is outrageous in my opinion. As a consumer, I was hyper-focused on the rate of $19.95/day for the pickup truck because we only needed it to move small items, but because of the mileage, we paid more than we budgeted for, that's my only complaint. Other than that, the service was excellent!”

“I’ve been storing my food truck at Steward Boat & RV Storage and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The lot is always clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind knowing my truck is safe.
On top of that, the customer service is excellent! Sara is a sweetheart—always professional, kind, and such a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone whenever I need help or have a question about payments.
The pricing is also affordable and fair, especially for the quality and safety they provide. Overall, I feel very comfortable and confident keeping my food truck here, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable storage.”
“I almost spent close to $2,000 to pay for moving instead I decided to do it myself I like this particular location more than any because I feel like it's family-owned and they are very nice people it's a mother and a daughter that I know of some of the nicest people I've met in years thank you so much and it didn't cost me even $300 maybe. But I've rented a 20 foot a 15 ft and 2 10-ft trucks. That's quite a few trucks”
“Very easy to rent a unit here and the lady who works there is very nice, can't remember her name. The area is clean and well kept. He prices are reasonable. Highly recommend”
