“I have had a lot of stress during the last few years and am so grateful for Randi and the Jefferson Square staff who have been so comforting and helpful....they epitomize small town community caring at it's best! I am forever thankful for these good people!”
“From day one, I felt welcome, and not a fake welcome either. It felt genuine, but the experience is on point, all questions to anyone and they had an answer, not just transferred to the next person, to top it off, they have gone above and beyond to help me (a new account) with my situation, I do appreciate your time and so much patience for me, GREAT JOB EVERYBODY”

“I have never once enjoyed my banking as much as I do with PNC. I have to assume all PNC banks are equally as amazing with their customer service but I know for a fact the De Soto, MO location goes FAR above and beyond and they do it with a smile! Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing I would absolutely recommend this branch for any and ALL banking needs. I will never bank with any other financial institution if I can avoid it. 100/10, 6 stars deserved. They are awesome. Who knew you could love going to your bank??”
