“Dusty met me at the store and tested my scooter batteries and helped me get new ones. Steve was also very helpful and came to my house and fixed a weird problem I had with my scooter. These guys were very nice, knowledgeable, and got my scooter up and running. Good guys!”
“By far the most helpful folks you'll ever meet in retail. I had to try on all of the different cuts and brands that they had in my department's colour (hunter green) because I'm proportionally challenged as a 5'4 man w a bit of junk in the trunk. I grabbed like fifteen pieces and the wonderful associate started grabbing stuff for me to try as well. She was so sweet, asked me if I was comfortable showing her certain ones I had on, she took the ones that wouldn't fit-without even trying some of them on- and she was absolutely correct about what sizes would work for me. Super impressed. I don't usually ask folks for their opinion on clothes, but she was so nice, she asked me so respectfully what kind of fit I preferred and brought me the best selections. This lady knew my size before I did lol. I bought three of the same pair, they only had one pair of them at this location currently so she ordered the other two to be shipped to my house for no extra charge. The whole store was on sale as well, I feel like I won the lottery today.”
“Katie @ Creve Coeur was an absolute rockstar! I called with some challenging embroidery questions & she was on top of it by emailing her regional manager for the information I needed. She explained the next best steps for me to take would be to give the store a call back in a day or so for confirmation I needed to use their embroidery services. Because Katie was so helpful I was willing to wait for her manager to respond to her. We ended the call. About 2 hours later, Katie took it upon herself to give me a call back herself to tell me the information her manager responded with so I didn’t have to wait days and call back and talk to someone new maybe even have to explain it all to that person before getting the information needed. So thank you Katie!! You are much appreciated Rockstar!!”

“2nd purchasing of an ez on car harness for family cars. While it took longer than usual because I ordered just before Christmas i am still super happy with this company. The price is decent compared to other types of harness, the customer service was top notch and super helpful anytime I had a question or checked my order status! And the day i got notice it was shipped it was at my door in 2 hours (didn't realize the company was in florida extra bonus). “Had an amazing experience renting a lift recliner chair for a month for a surgery! I was coming from out of state and staying in an Airbnb and the whole process from selection, drop off, and pick up was smooth and hassle free! I made a virtual consult to see the inventory and was helped by Abe to find the exact one for my height/weight. He was SO HELPFUL, friendly and available for any questions I had! We ended up extending our rental from 3 to 4 weeks and he made sure we still got the first pick up window. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and even called the crew to make sure they came before 10 am to pick up the chair since we had to check out by 10:30am from our Airbnb. The pick up and drop off crew were so friendly and fast in setting up and breaking down the chair. I will DEFINITELY be using this service again and highly recommended!”
