Kathleen was a delight and was extremely friendly and helpful. I found exactly what I wanted because of her!”

“As someone who spent a decade managing 50 retail employees and 12 store managers, I was absolutely blown away by Haley’s customer service. She was so friendly, bubbly and knowledgeable. She truly went above and beyond to help me (even though it was my mistake, which is what true customer service is all about). Buckle in West County is beyond blessed to have her. Buckle should be proactive in keeping her and strive to make all new employees resemble her totally. I will no longer go to any other Buckle besides this one. 5 stars is not enough for my experience. Only negative was lots of water damage on the ceilings— an eyesore along with a potential health risk. Fix that and I would give this place 5 stars.”
“Its nice to order and pick up in store but torrid closing stores closer to me and having to drove WAAAAAY out of my way to get the order is ridiculous. Loved the store they closed closer to me. I really dont like this location and the parking is ridiculously difficult when it shouldn't be”
“I was having a bad day trying to find a cute plus size outfit and was feeling very down on myself. I came in here and had the absolute best experience i could ask for. When i came in Alishia greeted me and asked what i was looking for. I explained what i was struggling with and she smiled and got me a stylist. The stylist was named Natalie. She did an amazing job styling me and really listened to what i liked and didnt like. She really tailored the experience for me. Alishia also kept checking to see how things were going and they hyped me up the whole time. I felt so confident and happy. They absolutely made my day and made me so comfortable both in the store and in my skin. Ill definitely be back and i HIGHLY reccommend going there. I have social anxiety and it was nonexistant in there. 10/10 would reccommend.”

“Altar’d State is such a cute and uplifting store for young women and girls. Even though I may not exactly be in the core age group anymore, I still find myself stepping inside almost every time I walk past. There’s just something about the energy of the space and the youthful spirit of the clothing that instantly makes you feel refreshed and inspired.
The store carries a wide variety of stylish pieces including swimwear, denim skirts, dresses, fun accessories, keychains, and even trendy cowboy hats. No matter which location I visit, everything is always beautifully organized, clean, and thoughtfully displayed.
Their spring collection in particular brings such a positive vibe. Even before the season officially arrives, walking into the store feels like stepping into sunshine — full of hope, color, and that light, optimistic feeling that warmer days are coming.
This location inside West County Center is definitely worth a visit if you are shopping at the mall. It’s a great stop for fashion lovers looking for feminine, trendy, and feel-good pieces.

I found it refreshing to see a stylist that understood current trends and used that in my time with him! Let me not forget to mention his style and creativity with garments!! “Even though this store wasn't for me, there was nothing objectively wrong with it. In my opinion, it was a bit eclectic, but not in the way that I enjoy. Here, you can find Taylor Swift happy birthday material, Christian memorabilia, southern/country clothing, fun clocks, and many other things.
I actually enjoyed the decorations more than the products (besides the clocks. Those were cool)
I'm not writing this place off just yet, but it will be a while before I come in again.”
