“I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”

“We have been going here weekly for a few years now, it's our go-to grocery store. The employees are always friendly and we even know some of them from seeing them frequently. I love that they don't rearrange everything like some stores, so we always know where things are. We like that they have small and big carts (and it may seem small, but these carts are the best carts!), plastic bags recycling, and rewards programs. It's always clean and organized. The only things we don't like about it is the self checkout - you can only do it with 10 items or less and it is not as user friendly or quick as the Walmart ones.”
