“I never write reviews but really felt I needed to write this one. We have to drive 50 miles to this UPS store to return any thing we order from Amazon. This is probably my 6th trip in 6 months. I have always had excellent service no matter how busy they are. They have to hold my hand it seems for every return. They are so nice and always seem willing to help and help me to learn. “I went to this location about a week ago and I was very pleased with the customer service! Katherine, (I only glanced at her nametag so I'm not certain that was her name) was incredibly helpful and printed my return address labels quickly! I didn't even have a design and she created one for me right there on the spot! Absolutely incredible customer service. Also, while I was waiting another customer came up to the counter and spoke very rudely to her while she was helping me, and she handled it very professionally. It's such a shame that a great employee has to deal with such rude and entitled customers while also being extremely helpful and doing all that they can. She deserves to be rewarded for the exceptional service!! I will definitely be back to this location!”

“I had such a positive experience with the Minuteman Press team at Kirkwood Rd. and Big Bend on 9/19. I was working on a small project for my job and ran into some printing difficulties. Since they’re located close to my school, I reached out, and I’m so glad I did.
From the very first conversation, the staff was extremely helpful, patient, and supportive. They took the time to listen as I explained my situation and immediately offered solutions to get everything resolved. The job was completed quickly and with great care.

“Has to be one of the best UPS stores I have ever been to. If you want fast and simple service without someone complicating anything it’s worth it to drive out of your way to this location. We need some paperwork printed out and a Notary done. They were fast and efficient. We came in at the last minute and I woman Traci giving the notary was able to stay past 5:00 and help us every step of the way.”

I was shipping a package but waiting to hear if the recipient wanted to pay for overnight or not, Emily offered to hold the package for me and I could just call and pay over the phone, so I wouldn’t have to stand around waiting for the recipient to reply to me.
