The UPS Store in Saint Louis is locally owned and operated. It offers expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing. This specific location is extremely efficient and absolutely the best. The people have always been courteous, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, kind, willing to help, and wonderful. They go above and beyond and are more than gracious. The team works extremely efficiently, moving a huge amount of people right along and getting them through the line very quickly even when it is quite long and always busy. The owner takes great pride in the establishment. They handle large volumes of packages of various sizes and weights efficiently and get the work done quickly.
Wow, what a pleasant surprise. I shipped a large framed item and it was packed better than I could have ever expected. It took me about 20 minutes to get it unwrapped from all the packing material. Very impressive.
