“This is one of the most unique gift stores in the Midwest. They have slime, confetti poppers, pie lollipops, Twizzlers lip gloss, sword throw pillows for gamers, pie in a jar, tee shirts for bachelorette parties, Greek cups, gummy candy, STANG Super SOUR soda, Farting Ninja’s, and so much MORE. Jamie and his team works hard to get each order right and shipped to you quickly. Did I mention the fart spray? They even have a live in D&D Master! Also, check out their videos. They are hilarious and super fun for anyone with a funny bone. There is one series called “Break it to Make it.” It’s for safety testing toys before customer use. So the staff will play with the merchandise, like children, to see if it breaks and how. If it breaks easily, it’s off of the shelf for safety reasons. My favorite show is Click Bait Court with the Dishonorable Judge Felt. The best part of the shop is that they allow you to shop in the warehouse! That product that you thought that you missed out on at Christmas that you never thought you’d see again will probably be there. Definitely check out this store NOW! Tell Jamie I sent you.”

“One of my favorite places for the toddler grandkids. They play with trains and some other toys, get pics taken outside with the big train display, then usually leave with some kind of purchased quality toy. It’s a small place that fills up quickly in bad weather when outside play is less of an option. Best time to go is afternoon when it clears out for naptime. The staff is very nice. Prices are a dollar or two more than amazon, but I it’s worth it to support this great independent business.”

“Customer service is unmatched! We have stools almost 11 and 8.5 years old. We had a part break, I sent an email hoping to purchase replacement parts. But what happened blew my mind, I was quickly sent an entire new top free of charge, not even shipping. My boys love this stool and highly recommend. These were a gift and even though we had a broken piece after 8 years, my boys are super hard on equipment. Our other stool that is nearly 11 years old now is still as solid as the day we got it. If you’re considering purchasing, do yourself a favor, just do it. ?”

“What a cool place! I found the perfect birthday gifts for my 4 year old son (a space themed 100 piece puzzle and a bouncy ball that looks like Jupiter). The store was nicely laid out, lots of cool finds, and they gift wrapped for free! Definitely will be back, highly recommend.”

“We had an amazing experience here! We took our kid in for a birthday bear this year. When you go on their birthday you pay what age they are in our case $2. All of the ladies working were excited to help and answered any question we might’ve had. They also made stuffing the bear an experience for the little one and sang a birthday song. 10/10 thank you guys for the amazing experience!”

“Upon walking in, my partner and I were greeted with a warm welcome. I mentioned looking for a gift and that I wanted something bunny oriented. The person working said she had just the thing, and she did! She brought something to us from the back and it was perfect! She even gift wrapped it. “Late review but I just had to mention the wonderful experience I had in the store.
In May, I visited the Circle the Knowledge and had the best time. I had been there before however I never accepted the assistance when offered. This time, I accepted Ann Marie's offer to help, and she made the experience so much more fun for me rather than a tedious task. I was shopping for 3 different ages; each for a separate event. Ann Marie was excellent! She is so knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I felt very comfortable in the store, not harassed or rushed at all. We took one age at a time and once she showed me the different items that matched the child’s interests, she let me look around until I was ready to move to the next age. With her help, I was able to pick out several gifts and even gave her my name to call me when a future item arrived. Just a blessing to me. AND her and Julia, another wonderful sales associate, wrapped ALL the gifts! It was amazing.
I was there for quite a while and able to observe several other interactions these two ladies had with other customers. They really do make all the people feel as though they are part of a family. One lady in particular, Julia and Ann Marie were saying good-bye to a shy child. The mother called the store about 20 minutes later just to inform them when they got in the car, her child started happily saying good-bye over and over!
These two ladies are marvelous. The owners are very lucky to have found them. They are perfect for such a unique, kid-centered venue.”

“2nd purchasing of an ez on car harness for family cars. While it took longer than usual because I ordered just before Christmas i am still super happy with this company. The price is decent compared to other types of harness, the customer service was top notch and super helpful anytime I had a question or checked my order status! And the day i got notice it was shipped it was at my door in 2 hours (didn't realize the company was in florida extra bonus). Very happy with the vest I received and definitely would order from them again.”

“The staff is always super friendly and inviting which cant be easy in such a busy and boisterous retail store at west county mall of all places. They are seriously going above and beyond at this location and I cant fathom just how hard that would be on each and every employee.
