“My experience here was okay. I really have a pet peeve about the screens on the pumps being dirty, because it's a struggle to read.
Other than that, the lot was mostly clean and the station has good placement. The prices weren't all that different from the competition either.
Based on how rarely I need gas on this side of the road, though, I'll likely never come back.”

“A smallish spot, the parking lot can be challenging during peak periods. However, Petro Mart has all the requirements for a combo gas station and convenience store. Meets mandated COVID precautions such as face masks inside, social distancing, and plexiglass cash register shields.”
“I did a comparison. I made sure I was on E filled up with QT, took a trip to KC, was one notch away from E when I got there. Now on E again, filled up with Mobile in STL headed to Kansas on half full when I got there!!! Mobile has way better gas with a slow burn! Mobile has to get more PLACES in MORE cities and states QUICKLY”

“The self wash car wash just blew my mind in a great way! The $5 bonus time allowed me to clean my car thoroughly with time to spare. It actually made it a pleasant experience as opposed to a rushed stressed one. Chemicals were good. Pressure was good. I will drive out of my way to come back to this self wash!

Travis was absolutely fantastic, he patiently walked me through the entire process and made sure I felt comfortable and understood how everything worked. Another team member (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) was also incredibly kind and guided me perfectly through the express clean, even reminding me when to put the car in neutral as I entered.
Both of them were so friendly, patient, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such genuinely helpful customer service these days! Thanks to the team for making my first visit such a positive one. Highly recommend Waterway Carwash!?”

“This is a busy location. But, there are a good # of pumps and I can almost always find an open spot. I don't go inside very often but when I do the clerks are quick & friendly. The inside and out always seem to be kept very clean.”

“The employees at this gas station are amazing! They are extremely nice and understanding. I was working right across the street and my car was down so I had to wait for my ride home to come and get me.
I was probably overheating from working out in the heat and being inside for the short amount of time they allowed me to was such a blessing.
I had two bags full of stuff from working as a Laborer and needing different types of tools and equipment. My ride took way longer than they were supposed to. And they never asked me to leave or made me feel like I was bothering anybody.
I made sure to spend a decent amount of money whilst on my lunch break since I also essentially spent my lunch break there.
They let me hangout in a little area of the store that looks like it used to have seating arrangements or something similar.
I ended up buying way more stuff than I actually needed because of how helpful they probably didn't even realize they were being.
I'll definitely be visiting this gas station everytime I find myself in the area, even if it's just to give them my business, and you should think about doing the same!”

“I filled up with gas and purchased a car wash yesterday. The receipt never came out of the pump. A young man named Donald was out at the pumps emptying the trash. I told him my problem and he went inside and got me another receipt. He said the pump was out of paper, and had a roll in his hand to replace it. He was so pleasant and friendly. Thank you Donald!”
