I’ve been waiting for a package for almost two weeks now to depart from this warehouse. It was a Christmas gift I ordered for my daughter. It hasn’t had any updates since the 6th of this month. It’s just sitting at the facility that I live stated away from. Worst experience ever ordering online/ shipping to home.

We came to get some boxes taped up and get labels created as we have a business UPS account, we also called in advance to confirm they provided this service but when we came in the guy practically shoved us out the door. He passive aggressively told us we had to manually write 20 shipping labels and that they didn’t have tape we could use nor would he do it for us. It’s fine if they don’t provide that service but the manner in which he spoke to us was unacceptable.

Address was not wrong but ups delayed the package and woulndt refund the 5-7 day shipping. Even though it’s been almost 2 weeks since they received it.

My fiancé and I ordered a skink and paid the overnight shipping and everything to ups and they still delayed our package which killed my skink. You'd think if a box says live animal in big print and you've paid for it come overnight so it would be safe that they would at least do thier part.

The worst place ever I can’t wait until corporate response back to my letter. I’ve been stalked, lied saying my packages were delivered. Racist. Rude. Everything about this location is trash. They need new management. You can tell anyone can get hired. I’m starting to think they don’t do backgrounds check. I see why the earth city location turnaround is awful.

Can’t put less than on star or I’d give them zero. Does this place even exist? Can’t get ahold of anyone who can contact this shipping center, UPS has no ability to contact them somehow, even though it is a UPS shipping center. They lost my package and I had to call the 800 number 5 days later to find out they don’t know where it is and can’t do anything about it.

If I could give them a negative 0 I would My package was sent out November 16th I had a deliveryof November 20th never did receive the mail then someone from UPS called me November 21st and said that I will be getting my package before the day is over All of a sudden they tell me that i have toFile a investigation because my package was lost now keep in mind my package was delivered at the UPS in Earth City and all of a sudden after the man called me they said that the package was lost now this is my money this was my holiday money never did receive it not only did they lose my package but they lost another package from a lady that receive money from the same facility I would never use this UPS again or no other UPS if I can help it if a company tell me that they're using UPS I'll tell them to just cancel it this has been ridiculous a terrible experience and guess what I'm still waiting on my money and it is November 24th and guess what I'm still waiting on my money and it is November 24th Earth City does not have a direct number I figured that and they just give you the runaround you don't know what happened to your package Don't know what they did or anything then they try to put the blame on the company that I have received the package from no it's UPS they lost my mail

Absolutely horrible customer service! "Manager" Dennis was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I recently had open heart surgery and can't drive so my heart meds were sent Via ups ..I have now missed 8 doses now told him it's a life or death medication his response was he didn't care. Also ask him if these calls were recorded he said no so I'll say what the hell I want to say.

I signed up to have deliveries there. It was sent somewhere else and they could care less. Not their problem. They didn't want to hear anything.

UPS lost my order here and I wasn’t even notified. USPS has never lost my order. Earth City is where your orders go to die.

To bad these guys dont want to do their job. Waiting for a package tracked it said wrong address. Have lived there three years small house all the way by ally. House # on mailbox and house all they have to do is look. Not everyone has those social media thought that is why u hv a # to call but cant get past the droid.

First time using the UPS Customer Service Center in Earth City. It could not have been any smoother. Ron came out with cart to my car as he saw we needed some assistance with our packages. He helped load them up and took them inside. WOW it didn't stop there he took the time to explain and show us what forms needed to fill out while he started the process. It's great to see there are still people like Ron that take pride in their job and provide excellent service with a smile.

Useless facility. They delayed my shipment for reasons unspecified. When I called to get a status on the package, the automated voice won't put me through a representative but it can't process my tracking number whether I verbally say it or punch it in. It disconnects after you try giving the tracking number for 3 times saying it can't continue because it doesn't have a tracking number. Happened repeatedly over several calls.
