“This was my first visit to the business center, and it definitely has a different feel compared to a regular Costco. It’s set up a bit differently, but they carry some unique and interesting items that you don’t typically see at other locations. Overall, it was a neat experience to check out.”

“I placed my very first order with them several weeks ago. When I received my order I was disappointed to find that it wasn't what I ordered. I messaged them right away. To their credit, they made no excuses and immediately took responsibility for their mistake and made an offer to correct it. Correct it they did! I received my correct order within days and they made sure they made it right by adding a couple bonuses. I love this kind of customer service. You've earned a new loyal customer SSW!”
“Okay don’t get my wrong I love the clothes! My whole closet is pretty much from here. The only thing I would say I don’t care for is how pushy the employees are. Last time I went in I had 3 items of clothing that I wanted to try on. I barely got on the first shirt I had to try on, and an employees arm shoots through the curtain with 2 other shirts that they wanted me to try on. “I've been shopping at this Best Buy location since they opened. I've never had an issue and I've always found what I wanted. Customer service is always fast and friendly and there are always deals to be found and the frequent emails they send to members keep me updated so I can be sure to shop when the best deals are being offered. The store is always clean too.”

The only downside for me, personally, is that I have asthma and walking 2 miles from the parking lot to my position on the 4th floor on the West aide of the building has me wheezing before I even start work. I had to transfer locations specifically because of the dust there and asthma issues. The work is crazy easy though!”

“6am delivery appt. Arrived at 5am. Guard said they didn't want anybody checking in before 5:30 and be sitting around for an hour waiting...understandable.
-Told me I could wait out front with the other drivers, and I was 3rd in line. 5:30 came around and the other drivers weren't paying attention so the guard said to go ahead and come on in to check in.
-was given a door and as I was parking, who i can only assume was the unloader, came out to get the paperwork.
-on the door by 6:05
-done by 7:15

“These guys are super amazing! Arrived 5 hours early loaded and gone in 1/2 hour. It’s easier than it looks to dock. Plenty of room to turn around. Hardest part is getting back on the road when you’re done. I’d come back anytime!!”
