Conveniently not only did they have what I needed, but the shopping experience was far better than that of our local Lowe’s. There were plenty of associates HAPPY to help ! MORE than enough checkouts open! A good selection, well organized store , and very clean. A lot of parking and curb side pickup. Honestly wish we lived closer as this would be my go to option for DIY projects , this stop saved me time and my sanity that I would have otherwise lost going to the Lowe’s nearby our house.”

“The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”

I contacted rent a center and they made it to where I was able to keep items and to take over that account. They even threw me a good discount due to the situation.”

We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. “Our toilet flapper valve went bad so I headed to the big box stores in O’Fallon, I thought that this was my only option. Of course they didn’t have what I needed in stock so I started a google search. I tried the plumbing supply store (which I had forgotten about) in north O’Fallon, they had nothing in stock for my Kohler, I have heard that they have changed ownership. So back to Google and Ferguson Plumbing came up and I’m so glad that I found this place. Never again will I go to the big box stores for plumbing, they have everything and then some. If you need anything for your plumbing repairs give them a shout!”
