“Needed a battery ASAP while my car was running. Came in an hour before close, taller guy (Receipt said his name was Drake) helped me quickly and answered all my questions, super cool dude. Love coming to this O’Reilly’s, it’s close and the staff their are nice and knowledgeable all the time.”

“So easy! I cracked my iphone screen and the phone display wasn't working at all (black screen, but could hear it ring and receive text notifications). I scheduled an appt online for the next morning, staff was super friendly, and my phone was fixed in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 - highly recommend.”

“These guys know what they're doing. You think it's just batteries, but they have so much more. I recently needed a new disc battery for my key fob. Got it, plus education, free installation, and info.”

“Got a flat tire on a Sunday; Labor Day the next day so no tire shop was open. The tire was beyond patching and neither my son or I knew how to replace it with spare. The folks at O’Reilly’s in High Ridge, MO have gone over and above with assisting me with questions and issues in the past. Ergo, they were the first I thought of for suggestions on what to do/where we could get the spare put on.
Their employee John came to the rescue! He volunteered to not only help get the spare on but taught both my son and I how to do it (it wasn’t the easiest because the jack that was supplied with the car when I bought it was pretty much trash).
He also referred us to a reputable tire shop to go to Tuesday rather than me having to go to a big chain shop which I’ve had bad customer service with before.
All this at no cost/tip! Thank you, John!”

“Right at closing on a Sunday night, our little family rolled into O'Reilly with car issues. My husband knew how to fix it, but it wouldn't have been possible without Jon and his coworker. Their assistance was awesome- even though it was after the store closed & way outside of their job descriptions. Little acts of extreme kindness are incredibly appreciated.”

“Where are the older guys at because these young dudes ain’t getting it. They told me that the Freon attachment was $60.00 with tax but when I went down the street to Autozone it was $9.00 and some change. Not a dummy”
