Please bring back the drive thru. It is very difficult to use the outside atm. In order to talk to a person you must hold up your drivers license for an extended period of time. When you have short arms you already have to open your car door to be near the card reader.

Carol at the Ellisville branch has always been so helpful. I have had issues at other branches and Carol always seems to come through for me.
