Luckily we found Alpha Graphics since my husband had had a book printed by them that he wrote. They did a fabulous job on our Christmas cards which we always design ourselves for the last 60 years. “Phoebe was fantastic! I had an urgent deadline to print about 20 copies of three different sales booklets for a very important meeting. I was able to get them in midday, and pick them up by the end of the day. She was wrapping them up as I walked in and confirmed if they were needed by end of day. When I said, yes, she said she would be sure to make it happen and asked for a few minutes to complete them. She was working by herself and helping a few customers when I walked in. She was still able to get them done about 30 minutes before they closed. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and her hard work was very evident, as she was working to get them done. She also had a very high sense of pride in the finished product. They turned out great!”
