“Phoebe was fantastic! I had an urgent deadline to print about 20 copies of three different sales booklets for a very important meeting. I was able to get them in midday, and pick them up by the end of the day. She was wrapping them up as I walked in and confirmed if they were needed by end of day. When I said, yes, she said she would be sure to make it happen and asked for a few minutes to complete them. She was working by herself and helping a few customers when I walked in. She was still able to get them done about 30 minutes before they closed. Her customer service skills were impeccable, and her hard work was very evident, as she was working to get them done. She also had a very high sense of pride in the finished product. They turned out great!”
“The worst part is the Ballwin location near me opens at 10 on Saturdays, but the Manchester location opens at 9. People out early in the morning have to wait on it to open. I think 9:00 makes more sense.”

“Always a good experience at this UPS store! I rent a mailbox at this location and so I’m here a lot. I’ve gained a good report with the staff and they are always very helpful. I feel like the bad reviews I’ve read about here aren’t that common or usually issues out of control of the staff. Or maybe just a few customers determined to be mad at the world at a minor inconvenience. But I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years and haven’t had a single problem.”

I needed a custom yard sign, and Betsy truly helped bring it to life. She was patient and helpful, and genuinely invested when the FedEx truck with my sign did not show up.

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”
“This UPS location is great. I'd been there before and had good experiences. Yesterday I went in with about a dozen similar rugs to return to Amazon. It was very confusing mess with emails, return labels, rug descriptions. The female employee was very patient and helpful. When we left, most people would have said good riddens, but she said to come back for help anytime.”

“A nice UPS shipping location to use and conveniently located inside a Dierberg's grocery store. Staff was pleasant but this one is a bit out of the way for me so I'm not sure I will be a regular customer. Still, if you need to ship something via UPS and find yourself in the area this is a perfectly good place to accomplish that chore...and then go find something to feed the family for dinner.”

“This is an amazing Post Office. The male and female workers here are always kind and helpful to me. I come in a lot, and they are wonderful. I am always greeted with positive attitudes and helpfulness. Regarding the bad reviews. You can tell when people are just plain narcissistic and think that everything needs to revolve around them.
I've had nothing but great experiences here and I come in at least once a week to drop off packages.”

Learn to go when they are not busy and it will be a better experience. If you want to be waited on with cheese and wine, don't go to government facilities.”
“Driver was extremely professional, courteous and careful. He pried open the wooden box so I could inspect the tub. I was very satisfied with the whole experience…from the friendly woman who scheduled my appointment, to Ethan calling to give me a heads up that he was on his way, to the final delivery. By the way, we have a long, sloped driveway that 90% of delivery drivers endlessly complain about, but Ethan did not even mention it…great attitude!”
“See some bad posts.. I’ve been shipping packages since 2004. Lots of Post offices east St. Louis. The one on Watson HAS NOT had handles on their big package drop, and takes 72 hours just to get the initial arrival scan! Atleast this location can get their arrivals scans correct!”
“I’ve utilized this post office for 4 1/2 years prior to moving and today I’ve had the best customer service experience. Mr. Hemphill assisted me with retrieving a package that had the wrong address on the shipping label. I spoke to him last week and after he got my information, I told him I will be in contact. By the time I called him the package was already in route to be delivered to the wrong address. He was able to contact the carrier and have the package held back at the facility for me to pick up.
Couldn’t have been more grateful. Thank you Mr.Hemphill !”

At the other location, they kicked us out because we didn’t have enough time to fill out our application and complete the appointment.
