When I called yesterday, Mitchell said their store didn't have it in stock, but explained the process of ordering it from another store. However the process involved me actually coming into the store. Today, when I went in, I was met by Sandy. She knew immediately who I was because Mitchell had left a detailed message regarding my inquiry. Sandy took it from there!
