“My wife and I needed to have a few documents notarized. After calling 5 banks in the region, I called FCNB who said that they will notarize a document even though I didn’t have an account with them (the branch of our bank nearest us is 40 minutes away and we were in a time crunch). We walked in, were greeted kindly. We were asked to wait (it was a very brief wait, likely less than a minute or two). The location was clean and conveniently located. The woman who helped was kind and made things easy and seamless. At the end, I expected to pay as we are not members of the bank. However, she said there was no charge.I would recommend FCNB based on my limited exposure to them. They seem like a great bank.”
