“My wife and I needed to have a few documents notarized. After calling 5 banks in the region, I called FCNB who said that they will notarize a document even though I didn’t have an account with them (the branch of our bank nearest us is 40 minutes away and we were in a time crunch). We walked in, were greeted kindly. We were asked to wait (it was a very brief wait, likely less than a minute or two). The location was clean and conveniently located. The woman who helped was kind and made things easy and seamless. At the end, I expected to pay as we are not members of the bank. However, she said there was no charge.I would recommend FCNB based on my limited exposure to them. They seem like a great bank.”

“Honestly, a trustworthy bank. The only little hiccup I sometimes have is if I spend over $250-ish they may find the charge suspicious, though that's really a good thing as it shows they're watching out. A simple fix too, just prove it's me and they'll let it go through. I don't have a specific reason why I don't just 5 star it, other than it's the only bank I've ever had and I haven't much to compare it with to insure it's a 5/5. So... Given it a good solid rating, not sure what'd make any bank 'perfect'.”

“In all of my interactions with this branch, EACH employee goes well above and beyond my expectations. I have received assistance from Tellers, Personal Bankers, and the Branch Manager Josh, too. In EVERY encounter, their service is nothing shy of exceptional. Even when I have failed to bring necessary documentation, they are sympathetic and understanding to the situation, thoroughly explain exactly what I do need to bring to complete my transaction, and always thank me for my business. I am shocked to see the poor reviews. Too many people are quick to complain. Don't shy away because of the few low ratings. This is my absolute favorite US Bank branch and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of their services. This location is truly an outstanding example of the 5-star treatment to which US Bank adheres. Great job, US Bank Eureka Team!!!”
