“I am new to Ballwin and asked for a bank reference to open a new Checking account. US bank was suggested to me and I drove to the nearest branch at the Twin Oaks Schnuks Office. Without making an appointment. I was promptly greeted by the Branch Manager Mohamednasr Alashari who answered all of my questions with no hesitation and had my new Checking account up and running in a few moments. He showed me how to set it up and use it's features. He even went so far as to give me a temporary debit card that I could use in Schnuks to do some shopping. He also expedited my permanent debit card to arrive in 4-6 days. I received it 3 days later via UPS. What a Great experience. Can't say enough about Ballwin so far and USbank. Thank you again Mohamednasr:)”

“This was my father‘s bank. As the executor of his estate, they have been incredibly helpful. I don’t understand the bad reviews, every time I’m here they have been so friendly to everyone that comes in. They remember people’s names, chat about family, and bend over backwards to help. In particular, they bend over backwards to guide seniors through online banking issues and navigating the app. I’ve seen a banker sit with someone as they were on the phone with corporate to help explain what they were being told.
I’m old enough to remember the local bank branch being a place where everyone knew your name, your family, and even your signature. This place is as close as you can get to that, and it is readily apparent when frequent customers walk in. I’m not a fan of BofA corporate, but this branch is excellent and I’m grateful for them.”
